01How far in advance should we book a crew?+
For most single-day shows we recommend booking at least three weeks ahead so we can plan lighting, camera and sound around your venue. Larger multi-day productions typically need six to eight weeks.
02Can you support both a live audience and a recorded stream at the same time?+
Yes. Our Broadcast Elite package is built specifically for simulcasting a live show while capturing a clean multi-camera recording for later editing.
03Do you bring your own lighting and sound equipment?+
We travel with a core kit of lighting fixtures, mixing consoles and cameras, and can supplement with venue equipment where it makes sense. We confirm the full gear list during planning.
04What happens if something goes wrong during a live show?+
Every live engagement includes a technical rehearsal and a dedicated stage manager on cue, so issues are caught and resolved before the audience notices.
