stagewixo operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site and any related Course A stage production resources, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.
Eligibility and permitted use
The site and services are intended for users in the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old. You may use the resources for legitimate stage production activities including set preparation, lighting control, camera placement, sound checks and workflow coordination for live and recorded shows. Commercial use is permitted only under the licence granted by these terms. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed without further permission provided you comply with all restrictions.
Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the site or resources. Prohibited actions include attempting to gain unauthorised access, distributing malware, scraping content, reverse-engineering any tools, or using the materials for illegal performances or recordings. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains misleading information about production techniques.
Accounts, submissions and user content
If you create an account or submit material such as workflow suggestions or technical feedback, you remain responsible for that content. You grant stagewixo a non-exclusive licence to use, store and display submissions for improving services. We may remove any submission that violates these terms without notice.

All text, diagrams, workflow guides and other materials on the site are owned by stagewixo or its licensors. You may print or download single copies for personal or internal business use in stage productions. You must not reproduce, modify or distribute any material without prior written consent. The site may contain references to third-party tools or platforms used in lighting control, sound equipment or video recording. These references do not constitute endorsement. stagewixo is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party service. Availability, changes, suspension and termination

Limitation of liability
Subject to the previous section, stagewixo total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to stagewixo in the twelve months preceding the claim. Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
